About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide case coverage for assigned geography for the UroLift System and/or Barrigel rectal spacing
- Provide on-site clinical consultation during surgical procedures
- Support customers with follow-up, troubleshooting, customer service, and education
- Educate and train physicians, surgeons, hospital personnel, and office staff on assigned products
- Attend and participate in industry training, meetings, and events for business development
- Maintain knowledge of assigned products, services, and competitive products
- Retain customer relationships and identify opportunities to formulate sales strategies
- Develop cross-functional relationships within and outside Teleflex
- Build long-term relationships that increase product use within target accounts
- Perform basic market development activities
- Organize information using CRM and related tools
- Maintain records and handle inventory, sales reporting, and expense management
- Interact with healthcare professionals including urologists, doctors, nurses, technicians, procurement, inventory control, and administrative staff
- Support key decisions and promote teamwork
- Transition toward a future sales role
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 year Bachelor degree required or equivalent experience
- 1 year Clinical/Sales experience strongly preferred
- Must be mobile and willing to travel
- Expected travel of more than 50%; travel required 50%–60%
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong relationship and consultative selling skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and excellent follow through
- Pro-active; high-performance and results orientation
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Effective time management skills and administrative capabilities
- Ability to adapt and willingness to change
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal formats
- Must establish and maintain hospital access credentials via RepTrax, Vendormate, or similar systems
- Must conform with Teleflex Code of Conduct, local Compliance Standards, and Q/EHS Policy
