About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide case coverage for assigned geography for The UroLift System and/or Barrigel rectal spacing
- Provide on-site clinical consultation during surgical procedures
- Support customers during surgical procedures and provide follow-up, troubleshooting, customer service and education
- Maintain and articulate clinical and technical product knowledge
- Educate and train physicians, surgeons, hospital personnel and office staff
- Attend and participate in industry-related training, meetings and events for business development
- Maintain knowledge of assigned and competitive products
- Retain customer relationships and identify opportunities to formulate sales strategies
- Develop cross-functional relationships within and outside Teleflex
- Develop long-term relationships that increase product use within target accounts
- Support key decisions and promote teamwork
- Engage in basic market development activities
- Organize and manage information using CRM and related tools
- Maintain records and perform inventory, sales reporting and expense management
- Interact frequently with healthcare professionals, including urologists, doctors, nurses, technicians, procurement and administrative staff
- Conform to Teleflex Code of Conduct, Compliance Standards and Q/EHS Policy
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 year Bachelor degree required or equivalent experience
- 1 year Clinical/Sales experience strongly preferred
- Ability to be on time and prepared for each case deployed
- Must be mobile and willing to travel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong relationship and consultative selling skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills
- High attention for detail and excellent follow through
- Pro-active; high-performance and results orientation
- Ability to work as part of a team is essential to the role
- Demonstrate effective time management skills and administrative capabilities
- Ability to adapt and willingness to change
- Communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats

- Establish and maintain credentials via RepTrax, Vendormate, etc. to enter and work in hospitals and other medical facilities
- Must be mobile and willing to travel 50%–60%
