About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and inspire a regional sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Arrow EZ-IO, QuikClot, Arrow Central Lines, PICC Lines, and Arterial Lines
- Navigate complex sales environments across multiple call points, sales cycles, and product lines
- Build relationships with hospital stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers
- Conduct field visits to coach and mentor team members
- Partner with Corporate Accounts on regional contracting strategies and initiatives
- Deliver sales forecasts and manage regional resources
- Ensure compliance with company policies, expense reporting, and CRM utilization
- Plan and facilitate regional and national sales meetings
- Provide market insights to inform marketing strategies and product development
- Promote inclusion, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a sales management role within medical devices
- Proven success in Emergency Medicine, ICU, OR, and Vascular Access sales environments
- Demonstrated skills in strategic selling, negotiation, and team leadership
- Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced, and growth-oriented organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strategic agility and strong business acumen
- Ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results
