About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for The UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer products
  • Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly territory plans
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasts for the defined territory
  • Communicate product value propositions to customers
  • Identify, train, and develop accounts to integrate products into urology practices
  • Monitor market conditions and recommend commercial process enhancements
  • Collaborate with Professional Education teams to deliver clinical training support to physicians
  • Cultivate relationships with key customers and KOLs
  • Partner with Customer Service teams to exceed customer expectations
  • Assist with product complaints and safety issues
  • Establish and maintain hospital and medical facility credentials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of related experience in the medical device industry
  • Strong understanding of urology products and procedures
  • Operating room experience is essential
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets consistently
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new and disruptive technologies in the urology space is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in negotiation
  • Ability to adapt to changing work priorities
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel overnight approximately 50%-60% of the time
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Establish and maintain necessary credentials to work in hospitals and medical facilities as required by facility requirements
