About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform metabolic testing on patients as needed according to the deployment schedule
- Maintain cardio-metabolic testing equipment, including general upkeep, software updates, and repairs
- Communicate with equipment representatives as needed
- Manage supply inventory and prepare orders for the Operations Manager
- Train new metabolic technicians and serve as an ongoing resource for existing technicians
- Travel to various deployment sites for oversight, equipment maintenance, or training
- Prepare reports regarding contractor onboarding, equipment status, ordering, and deployment follow-ups
- Serve as on-call point of contact in place of the Operations Manager during absences
- Upload and manage Google Drive and OneDrive files and folders
- Assist the Operations Manager with clerical and administrative duties
- Attend department meetings as requested
- Report directly to the Senior Operations Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree
- Must be Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker in CA or Registered Associate Marriage & Family or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion for individuals seeking therapy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
- High school diploma/GED required
- Familiarity with Zoom and Teams
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft products, including Gmail, Docs, and Sheets
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with HIPAA standards
- Access to high-speed internet
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Current CPR and ACLS are required
- Ability to travel out of state at least monthly
- EKG interpretation class or competency required
- Bilingual a plus
