About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with clients remotely via HIPAA compliant video-based therapy
- Formulate a diagnosis and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate individual or group therapy sessions
- Complete documentation and maintain required client-related records, including diagnostic records and progress notes, within assigned timeframes
- Counsel family members to help them understand and support clients
- Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients’ treatment

Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree
- Must be Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker in CA or Registered Associate Marriage & Family or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion for individuals seeking therapy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
- Bilingual a plus
