About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies aligned with TeleMed2U’s growth plans and workforce needs.
  • Partner with Operations and department leaders on hiring needs, workforce plans, and role prioritization.
  • Identify sourcing channels and recruitment approaches across 20 specialties and 50 states.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality candidate communication and a positive candidate experience.
  • Guide hiring managers on interviewing best practices, selection criteria, and decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage Recruiting and Talent Acquisition staff.
  • Set team goals aligned with recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, social media, job boards, professional associations, and employee referrals.
  • Manage and optimize Greenhouse ATS and related recruiting tools.
  • Standardize recruiting processes, templates, and tools for consistency and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, EEO, and fair hiring standards.
  • Establish, track, and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, candidate satisfaction, and quality-of-hire.
  • Recommend process improvements and technology enhancements.
  • Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and Operations on transitions from hiring to onboarding.
  • Participate in cross-functional talent acquisition and workforce development initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or agency setting.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Experience recruiting for a mix of roles, preferably within healthcare or telehealth.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and selection best practices.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and motivate recruiting teams in a remote or distributed environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and standard office productivity tools.
  • Understanding of applicable employment laws and regulations related to recruiting, selection, and hiring.
  • Ability to interpret recruiting metrics and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
