About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify robust sales opportunities and profile prospective customers
  • Discover customer needs and drive new business through outbound campaigns
  • Proactively engage businesses as the first point of contact for Google Cloud products
  • Build enthusiasm, identify and qualify business needs, and propose adequate solutions
  • Send qualified prospects on the most appropriate Sales path
  • Meet quarterly SQO quota and daily/weekly activity targets
  • Manage assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects and educate them on Cloud offerings
  • Execute daily outbound calls and emails, including cold calling, to C-level decision makers
  • Establish rapport, assess needs, gather technical requirements, and align business needs with Cloud solutions
  • Build value for next sales steps
  • Maintain leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Work toward team and individual KPIs covering productivity, conversion, opportunities, and pipeline
  • Document customer notes and deal details in Salesforce for stakeholder clarity
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to grow the customer base across EMEA

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • C2 level of Polish and C1 of English (both written and spoken)
  • BA/BS degree or relevant professional certification with 14 months practical experience
  • Developing familiarity with IT infrastructure and technology concepts
  • Keen interest in sales and aptitude for understanding business needs
  • Comfortable in a structured, target-focused communication setting
  • Initial experience or strong aptitude for phone-based engagement with business contacts
  • Willingness and capacity to quickly learn and utilize CRM platforms
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills with the potential to develop business relationship building capabilities
  • Initiative, confidence, and determination in a goal-oriented role
  • Understanding of Polish business culture and regional differences within Poland
  • Familiarity with key sectors of the Polish economy
  • Ability to communicate with Polish professionals in formal and informal settings
  • Understanding of Polish business language nuances and appropriate terminology
  • Basic knowledge of Polish business regulations and data privacy laws
