About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the first point of contact for Swiss premium customers in the food industry
Provide professional support to customers with various inquiries and concerns
Act as a coffee specialist for a client from the Nestlé Group
Provide customer support to Swiss customers
Work full-time shifts within the operating hours of Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00, and Saturday, 09:00–17:00

Requirements

What you’ll need

Swiss German proficiency at a minimum C1 level
English proficiency at B1 level is an advantage
Strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment
Willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team
Computer skills
Reliable internet connection for working from home: 10 Mbps download; 5 Mbps upload
Antenna routers and 5G routers are not permitted
