About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Finnish companies and agency partners to provide customized digital advertising strategies
Enhance client and agency relationships through customized, performance-boosting strategies and promotion of additional digital marketing products
Provide strategic consultancy to maximize ROI on advertising investments
Drive agency enablement, client portfolio expansion, and product adoption across search, display, and video solutions
Achieve sales targets and ensure an exceptional customer experience
Proactively engage customers and agency representatives via phone, video calls, and email
Help expand client customer bases across EMEA

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or a related field and/or equivalent practical experience
C2 level of Finnish and a high level of English, both written and spoken
1–2 years in sales or online advertising
Extensive experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing and Google Ads, preferably in retail, travel, or larger business sectors
Deep understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and tools, particularly in digital advertising and Google Ads
Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube
Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills
Team player, adaptable to fast-paced environments, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
Passion for marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a desire to learn and develop
Desirable skills: process excellence, collaboration, communication, emotional intelligence, open mindedness, critical thinking, solution orientation, and entrepreneurship
