Handle inbound calls and written inquiries from customers

Work closely with the team to deliver the best customer experience
Serve as a key connection between Booking.com and its customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent German language skills, spoken and written
Very good English skills
Strong customer orientation and communication skills
Ability to interact confidently with diverse customer types
Good computer skills and fast typing
Creative, solution-oriented mindset and strong team-player abilities
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
