About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create, review, and analyze critical daily, monthly, and annual reports and spreadsheets
Prepare Excel and/or PowerPoint presentations for management using operations, accuracy, and productivity data, charts, graphs, and spreadsheets
Work with Operations Leaders to obtain necessary information
Communicate with several intercompany team members
Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure accurate performance-data reporting
Reconcile reports and quality and production data
Build and analyze data through extensive Excel reporting
Comprehend TikTok performance results and communicate insights from the data
Provide administrative work and support for Operations leaders
Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need

Detail-oriented
Willingness to work extended hours during Month End
Strong skills in handling constant change
Excellent service skills, including timely delivery and quality
Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex formulas
Expertise in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, and Forms
Willingness to face new challenges daily
Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff and management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Willingness to proactively address ideas and propose alternatives and provide or receive constructive feedback
Sound reasoning and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to view a computer monitor for several hours at a time
Ability to analyze and interpret data, complete reports, use computers and software, present data internally and externally, identify trends, and drive critical business decisions
