• Own full life-cycle recruiting for Engineering, G&A, and GTM roles
• Build and execute creative sourcing strategies
• Develop strong talent pipelines
• Deliver a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience
• Act as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers and interviewers
• Define and execute best-in-class interview processes
• Lead interviewer training, calibration sessions, and hiring enablement
• Build Teleskope’s recruiting foundation, including scalable processes, tools, AI-powered workflows, and reporting
• Lead structured debriefs and drive stakeholder alignment
• Ensure hiring decisions are thoughtful, timely, and grounded in clear evaluation criteria
• Champion Teleskope’s mission and culture
• Help candidates understand the impact they can make at Teleskope
• Own recruiting metrics and pipeline visibility
• Use data and insights to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring velocity
• Keep leadership informed on progress and priorities
• Report directly to the VP of Operations
• Work closely with hiring managers across the business
