About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Install, configure, maintain, monitor and patch enterprise applications.
Support Microsoft Windows Server environments and applications deployed in Microsoft Azure.
Administer and troubleshoot application authentication and SSO integrations.
Work with Microsoft Entra and Active Directory.
Develop and maintain PowerShell automation.
Support applications connected to SQL Server.
Assist with deployment and release activities.
Support containerized application workloads, including Docker and Kubernetes environments.
Perform application monitoring and operational troubleshooting.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve deployment and environmental issues.
Support CI/CD and DevOps processes.
Assist with application security and configuration compliance.
Maintain operational and technical documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree.
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience supporting Windows-based enterprise applications.
Experience working with Microsoft Azure environments.
Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, SSO, PowerShell and SQL Server.
Familiarity with containerized workloads.
