About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with Government stakeholders.
- Analyze and document functional and business requirements.
- Develop user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents.
- Manage and refine product backlogs and maintain backlog information in JIRA.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and other Agile ceremonies.
- Coordinate among stakeholders, developers and QA/testing personnel.
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing.
- Document and track defects through resolution.
- Maintain program and application documentation in Confluence.
- Conduct business-process analysis and process modeling.
- Assist stakeholders with prioritizing requirements.
- Support application enhancements and new system capabilities.
- Assist development teams with interpreting business requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree.
- Five or more years of hands-on experience in the required field.
- Demonstrated IT business-analysis experience.
- Experience eliciting and documenting requirements.
- Agile project experience.
- Experience developing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing and defect management.
- Experience working with technical development teams.
- Knowledge of IT business and systems analysis.
- Knowledge of requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation.
- Knowledge of User-story and acceptance-criteria development.
- Knowledge of Business Requirements Documents.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of JIRA and Agile backlog management.
- Knowledge of Confluence documentation.
- Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing and defect management.
