Conduct business process analyses, workflow mapping and gap assessments for assigned Government departments
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to document current-state processes and develop future-state recommendations
Prepare process documentation, desk guides and quality management system artifacts required by each task order
Support ISO 9001:2015-aligned practices in process documentation and improvement recommendations
Coordinate with the project director and other service leads on cross-functional process initiatives
