About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee programs and provide account management and leadership
  • Collaborate with all entities involved in the program
  • Serve as liaison between Telligen and customers
  • Provide strategic planning input to Telligen leadership and relevant customers
  • Oversee program activities, timeliness, budget, and internal quality control standards
  • Facilitate activities between the company, customers, and partners
  • Provide continual status reports and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure data is accurately maintained in a confidential environment
  • Present information professionally, accurately, and understandably
  • Manage customer expectations regarding programs and related activities
  • Partner with internal and external organizations to complete activities and identify improvements
  • Support business retention and growth through customer service and business development
  • Serve as a program subject matter expert and provide training or presentations
  • Mentor less experienced team members
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four-year degree in information systems, health care, business management, or related field, and/or equivalent training and/or experience
  • 5–7 years’ experience in a clinical, information systems, and/or client relationship environment
  • Demonstrated experience in client services involving information technology, data, and data reporting
  • Healthcare domain experience preferred
  • Must not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
