About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify applicable environmental requirements and standards for products and components.
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and assess their impact on existing and new products.
- Collect, review, and verify supplier declarations and component-level compliance documentation, including RoHS, REACH, and PPWR.
- Conduct manufacturing audits.
- Investigate non-conformities and defect cases, analyze root causes, and review customer feedback and complaints.
- Support corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and prevent recurrence.
- Initiate, coordinate, and manage product certification and testing processes.
- Communicate with external accredited laboratories and Notified Bodies.
- Submit certification applications, monitor progress, and review test reports.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve compliance and documentation-related issues.
- Prepare, review, and maintain Technical Files, Declarations of Conformity, and other compliance records.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Electronics Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work comfortably with large volumes of documentation.
- Responsible, proactive, logical, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent Lithuanian language skills.
- Good English communication skills (Level: B2+).
- Knowledge of legislation, regulations, directives, and standards applicable to electronics and telematics products is an advantage.
- Experience with global market access requirements and regional certification processes, such as EU, Anatel, JATE/TELEC, and KC, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001 is an advantage.
- Hands-on product certification process experience is an advantage.
- Experience participating in or conducting internal or external audits is an advantage.
