About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to Headquarters
- Consolidate, review, and monitor weekly cash flow and net terms reports
- Review bank activity and monitor unusual transactions
- Ensure compliance with internal credit and intragroup financing policies
- Monitor and improve working capital performance across regional offices
- Review and monitor operating expenses, identify trends, investigate variances, and challenge regional office spend
- Support business case analysis and key commercial decisions
- Monitor compliance with pricing and credit policies
- Perform regular reviews of pricing deviations and margin performance
- Oversee inventory quality, ageing, and liquidity
- Participate in quarterly inventory reviews and counts
- Stay informed about tax and regulatory developments across the Americas region
- Assess financial implications and provide recommendations to Headquarters and local management
- Partner with CEOs and leadership teams to improve financial performance and cash flow
- Drive initiatives focused on growth, profitability, automation, and process improvement
- Report to the VP of Finance at Headquarters and collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple countries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years in Finance, Audit, FP&A, Controlling or Corporate Finance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into practical business recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of professional integrity, accountability, and discretion
- Self-driven personality with a strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Experience working in multinational or multi-country organizations, especially the LATAM region (nice to have)
- Exposure to international taxation, transfer pricing, customs, or cross-border transactions (nice to have)
- Fluency in Spanish (nice to have)
