About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality client solutions
Drive product development for products critical to clients’ businesses
Make decisions on scope, design, architecture, and process using client services experience
Deliver tailored communications to engineering teams, product managers, marketing partners, and C-level executives
Create, guide, and communicate holistic project plans and goals
Establish alignment and drive convergent implementation
Encourage sustainable team flow while focusing on client objectives
Apply appropriate project management frameworks to changing customer and product scenarios
Visit clients regularly, usually 1–3 days per month and up to 20% during kickoff or launch periods
Manage client account details, project scope, and relationships
Work closely with Engineering Managers and Product Leads as part of the leadership Tri-Force
Establish and grow client partnerships to deliver world-class products

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in the software development industry as a Project Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner, Team Lead, or Scrum Master in a client services business
Experience leading Fortune 500 custom software development projects, from discovery through UX design, implementation, and deployment
Demonstrated experience managing software projects with complex scope and multiple external/client executive stakeholders
Technical problem-solving experience addressing and communicating technical or process issues between systems
Expert communication skills; experience running workshops and structured meetings to align client stakeholder groups on enterprise business goals
Business, user experience, and software project management acumen
Experience motivating clients and third-party counterparts to be collaborative partners
Experience mentoring product, development, design, and testing team members
Professional or personal experience utilizing AI tools
Professional experience as a Project or Product Manager and Scrum Master from a major technology consultancy or agency (bonus)
Experience delivering native iOS and/or Android applications to a high volume of users (bonus)
Experience with Agile transformation or Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban (bonus)
Certifications such as CSM, CSPO, PMP, SA, or SPC (bonus)
