About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with executive leadership to define the company's Data, AI & Cloud vision, strategy, and goals
- Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and industry best practices to drive growth
- Lead planning, development, and execution of the Data, AI & Cloud strategic roadmap
- Assume accountability for the financial performance of the Data, AI & Cloud consulting practice
- Partner with Practice Leaders and Business Development to grow managed accounts
- Develop and implement revenue generation strategies to meet or exceed annual revenue targets
- Monitor financial performance, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions
- Build and lead high-performing teams of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Strategists, and AI Engineers
- Foster excellence, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning across global teams
- Partner with clients to identify business challenges and design tailored Data, AI & Cloud solutions
- Oversee delivery of data-driven insights, models, and strategic recommendations
- Provide thought leadership and build trusted-advisor relationships with key client stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of relevant leadership and team management experience within a top-tier management consultancy (Partner-level) or global and publicly traded enterprise (VP, SVP, or C-level), focused on AI, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
- Leads a line of business for a mid-size to large consultancy
- Leadership experience in technology consulting, project management, and executive partnerships
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing P&L responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of Data Engineering, Data Science, and AI technologies and tools
- Familiarity with emerging trends, best practices, and advancements in Data, AI & Cloud applications
- Dynamic decision-making and adaptability in a quickly changing environment
- Deep knowledge of customer experience strategies and digital transformation
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and business acumen
- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex ideas to C-level and Executive audiences
- Strong collaboration across diverse teams and cultures
- Proficiency in English required; additional fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
