About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with executive leadership to define the company's Data, AI & Cloud vision, strategy, and goals
Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and industry best practices to drive growth
Lead the planning, development, and execution of the Data, AI & Cloud strategic roadmap
Assume accountability for the financial performance of the Data, AI & Cloud consulting practice
Partner with Practice Leaders and Business Development to grow managed accounts
Develop and implement revenue-generation strategies to meet or exceed annual revenue targets
Monitor financial performance, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions
Build and lead high-performing teams of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Strategists, and AI Engineers
Foster excellence, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning across global Data, AI & Cloud teams
Partner with clients to identify business challenges and design tailored Data, AI & Cloud solutions
Oversee delivery of data-driven insights, models, and strategic recommendations
Provide thought leadership and build trusted-advisor relationships with key client stakeholders
Shape the company's overall vision, strategy, and growth with P&L responsibility

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of relevant leadership and team management experience within a top-tier management consultancy at Partner level or a global and publicly traded enterprise at VP, SVP, or C-level
Focus on AI, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
Experience leading a line of business for a mid-size to large consultancy
Leadership experience in technology consulting, project management, and executive partnerships
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing P&L responsibilities
In-depth knowledge of Data Engineering, Data Science, and AI technologies and tools
Familiarity with emerging trends, best practices, and advancements in Data, AI & Cloud applications
Deep knowledge of customer experience strategies and digital transformation
Exceptional leadership and people management skills
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and business acumen
Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex ideas to C-level and Executive audiences
Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams and cultures
Proficiency in English is required
Additional fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
