About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to TELUS Health corporate clients
  • Actively manage the learning environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Postgraduate degree in adult education, psychology, industrial relations, organizational behavior or human resource management, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering instructor-led training in an applied workplace setting
  • Practical experience delivering skill-based training to adult learners in a variety of workplace settings
  • Superior communication, presentation and group facilitation skills
  • Ability to adapt instructional materials and strategies to accommodate individual and group differences and special needs of learners
