About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the internal expert on the patient and caregiver onboarding experience
  • Own program outreach, education, and remote enrollment from start to finish
  • Manage a high-volume call list to educate patients and care teams about the Tembo Health program
  • Coordinate with members, caregivers, and families to obtain program consent
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Team and partner organizations to schedule virtual assessments
  • Enroll new patients and caregivers into the program
  • Maintain accurate, timely records of interactions, assessments, and follow-ups across platforms
  • Consistently meet performance KPIs
  • Work effectively within the timeframes of a fast-paced startup
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluency in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of inside sales or outbound telephonic experience
  • Comfortable being on the phone throughout the day (minimum 65 calls per day)
  • Internet speed of 25Mbps minimum, with speed test proof submitted upon hire
  • Consistent access to a private work environment with professionally appropriate surroundings for frequent video conferencing
  • Workstation setup conducive to remote work needs
  • Empathy and comfort engaging with individuals experiencing cognitive decline and their caregivers
  • Ability to understand and articulate program benefits
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and voice noticeable issues or trends
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate appropriately
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong proficiency in computer software navigation and modern technology systems
  • Ability to perform duties remotely with minimal oversight
