About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the day-to-day operational management of the Temenos Partner Ecosystem
- Coordinate partner onboarding, renewals, amendments, and offboarding activities
- Maintain accurate partner records, documentation, and related information across internal systems
- Track partner activities, milestones, actions, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Delivery, Marketing, Product, and other internal teams to facilitate partner processes
- Prepare pipeline, KPI, revenue, and operational performance reporting and updates for leadership
- Support audit, compliance, and governance activities, including documentation management and remediation tracking
- Support business reviews, partner meetings, enablement activities, and strategic alliance programs
- Maintain and update operational procedures, workflows, training materials, and knowledge repositories
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve operational processes across the partner ecosystem
- Use operational data and insights to identify trends, resolve issues, and enhance the overall partner experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in Partner Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to managing information, systems, and processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills and confidence working with business data and reporting
- Experience working with Salesforce, CRM platforms, or similar business systems
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a global, cross-functional team
- Professional level written and spoken English
- Experience within technology, SaaS, fintech, banking, consulting, or B2B environment is advantageous
- Experience supporting a partner, channel, alliance, or ecosystem organization is advantageous
- Experience with Salesforce, Clari, Power BI, or similar reporting and analytics tools is advantageous
- Exposure to audit, compliance, governance, or finance-related processes is advantageous
- Experience supporting large hyperscalers or other strategic partner programs is advantageous
- Experience with process improvement, workflow automation, or AI-enabled operational tools is advantageous
