Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initiating compelling sales conversations to closing complex deals
  • Conduct in-depth customer and market analysis to identify new business opportunities and anticipate evolving client needs
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers

  • Implement and champion change management initiatives within the sales team

  • Prepare and present regular sales reviews and reports on regional performance, market trends, and pipeline status
  • Negotiate deals and maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and product adoption
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals
  • Ensure sales activities align with Temenos' strategic objectives and ethical guidelines
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve regional sales goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record of success in regional sales leadership within the financial software or related technology industry
  • Demonstrable expertise in Building Rapport, Direct Selling, and Initiating Compelling Sales Conversations
  • Strong understanding of Change Management principles and their application in a sales environment
  • Exceptional Commercial Acumen and ability to conduct thorough Customer and Market Analysis
  • A deeply Customer-Focused approach with a clear understanding of the buying influences and the overall buying process
  • Proficiency in Prospecting, Planning and Organizing, and effectively managing Buyer Indifference
  • Extensive experience with Line of Business (LOB) Product sales
  • Proficient in Review and Reporting, and adept at utilizing various Systems and Tools - Sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
