About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operate at the intersection of machine learning and clinical science
Research, design, and deploy multimodal AI models using clinical and molecular datasets
Design and train models using pathology slides, genomic profiles, spatial omics, and longitudinal patient records
Develop AI solutions for biomarker discovery, therapy outcome prediction, and Companion Diagnostics
Ensure AI products meet healthcare regulatory guidelines and quality standards
Publish original research in high-impact venues
Engage with the global AI research community
Contribute hands-on as an individual contributor

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related quantitative field
Demonstrated expertise in deep learning model development and rigorous evaluation
Experience in computer vision and multimodal modeling is preferred
Prior work in medical or healthcare AI is highly valued but not required
Strong track record of peer-reviewed publications in leading machine learning or computer vision venues
Publications in medical or healthcare AI venues are preferred
Proficiency in Python and the modern deep learning stack, such as PyTorch
Strong product-level coding skills for model development are a strong plus
Solid understanding of industry-standard software engineering and development practices
