About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute metrics-driven support plans across assigned accounts through Investigation, Intervention, and Monitoring phases
- Monitor key performance metrics, identify operational bottlenecks, and strategize targeted solutions
- Collaborate with customers, account team members, care teams, and path labs on practical workflows
- Track account health toward quantitative thresholds and shepherd workflow improvements
- Lead and facilitate internal and external account touchpoints, internal report-outs, Monthly Business Reviews, and customer training
- Manage account enablement by training and upskilling internal field and sales teams
- Produce and distribute account collateral, including meeting agendas, executive slide decks, targeted newsletters, and tailored action plans
- Escalate workflow concerns, inefficiencies, and stalls while collaborating with the Manager, Strategic Partnerships
- Conduct client site visits to observe clinical workflows and drive initiative adoption
- Enable account autonomy and long-term success through training
Requirements
What you’ll need- B.S. in Biology, Life Science, or a related scientific field
- 1–2 years of experience in external Account Management or Project Management
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience using data and analytics to present solutions, inform strategic decision-making, and/or measure outcomes
- 1–2 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional partners, such as Sales, Customer Success, and Commercial Operations
- 1–2 years of experience with Google or Microsoft Suite, including email, documents, and spreadsheets
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate complex genomic, scientific, and clinical oncology concepts
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to evaluate data trends, extract key takeaways, and translate insights into actionable account strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across diverse healthcare roles
- Solid project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple account lifecycles simultaneously
- High adaptability and organizational agility
- Preferred: experience with generative AI platforms, CRM systems, data visualization programs, project management systems, oncology EMR systems, and clinical pathology workflows
