About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, test, and implement standard operating playbooks for delivering, viewing, and actioning ECG-AI insights in clinical workflows
- Serve as the central operational lead for new site launches and align timelines across Tempus connectivity, product, and partner-site technical teams
- Educate and train physicians, nursing staff, clinical coordinators, and administrators on operational workflows and clinical utility
- Own post-launch partner relationships and monitor clinician engagement with ECG-AI
- Identify operational levers to improve software utilization and clinical integration
- Evaluate site performance and collaboration health
- Bridge clinical users with Tempus Product and Engineering teams to communicate feedback and feature requests
- Collaborate with partner-site leadership to track patient follow-up rates and diagnostic and treatment pathways
- Execute strategic projects to improve deployment speed, scale account management, and increase clinical adoption
- Build repeatable, documented operational processes
- Support clinical validation partnerships, ROI case studies, market expansion, and preparation for algorithmic expansions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of professional experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, healthcare operations, customer success, or project management within healthcare, healthtech, or life sciences
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Track record of building structure, processes, and clarity out of ambiguous situations
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to partner effectively with EHR, data engineering, and connectivity teams
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple complex, multi-stakeholder account rollouts simultaneously
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup or management consulting firm is highly encouraged
- Familiarity with hospital health systems, clinical workflows, or cardiology services
- MBA, MHA, or equivalent advanced degree is a plus, but not required
