About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, deploy, and monitor AI systems that scale across the business and to millions of members globally
- Work in a cross-functional team with product, data, and platform teams
- Produce high-quality working software released at a frequent cadence
- Apply a “you build it, you run it” and DevOps mindset across development
- Participate hands-on in all aspects of development
- Ensure software quality through rigorous automated testing and metrics
- Assess and select appropriate technical solutions while considering costs and timelines
- Build industry-leading AI products for Ten’s lifestyle and concierge services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, C#, JavaScript, Kotlin, Java, or Go
- Experience with generative AI tools such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs
- Experience building and optimizing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including training, evaluation, and deployment
- Understanding of LLM-specific challenges, including prompt engineering, latency, cost optimization, hallucinations, and evaluation
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with infrastructure as code, such as Terraform
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
- Experience building distributed systems
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with multiple SQL and NoSQL datastores
- Fluent in English (C2 proficiency)
- Located in London
- Secure home office at confirmed address for remote/hybrid work
- Must meet minimum internet speed requirements for remote/hybrid work
