About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design bespoke travel plans for high-net-worth individuals based on their preferences and requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with private members and family offices
- Attract new members by promoting luxury travel services, leveraging networks, and expanding the client base
- Create, attend, and host events to showcase offerings and engage members
- Collaborate with product and content teams to develop unique experiences
- Coordinate with concierge services, destination specialists, and operations teams for seamless travel execution
- Handle sensitive client information with discretion and confidentiality
- Monitor luxury travel trends to enhance service quality
- Leverage and expand relationships with Destination Management Companies for premium on-the-ground service and long-term collaborations
- Contribute ideas to build and grow the Private Travel division
Requirements
What you’ll need- Exceptional communication skills in both German and English
- Proven experience as a Travel Manager or Travel Consultant for high-net-worth or luxury clients
- Strong portfolio of ultra-luxury travel arrangements
- Expertise in the global luxury travel market
- Established connections and access to exclusive networks and services
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with discerning clientele
- Strong problem-solving skills, including handling last-minute changes and challenges
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Availability to provide round-the-clock client service as needed
- Proficiency with advanced travel management software, GDS, and luxury travel tools
- Ability to adapt to new challenges, tools, and methodologies in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to transition through change without compromising service excellence
