About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise Premium Cardholders by phone, chat and email in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Handle individual travel requests and arrange flights, hotels, villas, rental cars, rail travel, package holidays, cruises, private jets, yachts, transfers and VIP services
  • Design personalized trips based on members’ needs and preferences
  • Prepare tailor-made travel proposals, offers, itineraries, visa requirements and travel documentation
  • Make reservations and bookings with airlines, hotels and destination management agencies
  • Cross-sell lifestyle services, promotions and exclusive events relevant to travel enquiries
  • Conduct detailed research and develop personalized travel proposals
  • Maintain accurate and current member records
  • Communicate Ten’s value proposition and showcase concierge service benefits
  • Build lasting relationships with members through personal, professional and consistently high-quality service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native-level Mandarin and Cantonese, together with fluent spoken and written English; language assessments required
  • Demonstrable experience in a dedicated flight sales or travel consultant role, ideally within a travel agency, tour operator, luxury travel or concierge business
  • Hands-on experience with one or more Global Distribution Systems (GDS), ideally Amadeus
  • Ability to manage complex multi-sector itineraries, round-the-world routing and international flight bookings across major global hubs
  • Strong knowledge of leisure destinations, city breaks, international travel options and holiday experiences
  • Proven experience creating and booking tailor-made luxury holidays and complex travel arrangements for affluent or high-net-worth clients
  • Exceptional attention to detail when managing complex bookings, fare rules, travel documentation and time-sensitive requests
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, tact, diplomacy and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple travel requests and prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability and resilience when plans change or unexpected travel challenges arise
  • Self-motivation, initiative and ownership of requests from initial enquiry to completion
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, multicultural team
  • Genuine passion for travel, continuous learning and staying current with destinations, travel trends, airline products and industry developments
  • Full-time availability for 40 hours per week across day and evening shifts
  • Ability to work shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, seven days a week including Public Holidays
  • Comfortable working flexibly within the operational schedule
  • If living within commuting distance, willingness to work under a hybrid arrangement with up to 60% Home Office
  • Secure home office at confirmed address, free from background noise or distractions
  • Internet service meeting minimum requirements and completed minimum speed check
