About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work alongside sales teams, dealers, and clients to establish technical requirements for bulk material crushing and screening systems
  • Report to the Product and Applications Manager
  • Assist sales teams, distributors, and end customers with the proper fit and function of Terex MPS products
  • Identify, recommend, and provide reliable equipment selections to meet customer requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product range and applications
  • Provide input into new product development based on market input and distributor feedback
  • Deliver pre- and post-sales technical support to customers and distributors
  • Listen to, understand, and convey customer requirements
  • Assist with tests, startups, and training services
  • Prepare technical specifications aligned with customer requirements
  • Prepare technical recommendations, aggregate flow analyses, and plant optimization plans
  • Complete special projects and support other areas as assigned based on business or customer requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Engineering degree or related experience
  • 2+ years aggregate or mining equipment experience
  • Entry-level experience may include internships, co-ops, or academic projects
  • Previous Aggflow experience or exposure preferred
  • Application of crushing and screening equipment preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with a range of departments
  • Problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Highly proficient in communicating by phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time, including overnight and possibly international travel
