About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support workstream leaders and initiative owners with preparation of initiative business cases
  • Manage monthly and quarterly value capture cycles, including data collection, validation, and reconciliation of financial results
  • Maintain and refine synergy tracking models aligned with financial baselines and business cases
  • Partner with Finance on coding, tracking, and reporting savings and costs
  • Monitor performance against targets and identify risks, gaps, and underperformance
  • Prepare materials for value capture reviews, leadership updates, and SteerCo reporting
  • Maintain integration plans, task tracking, milestone management, and RAID logs
  • Ensure consistent application of integration governance processes and best practices
  • Coordinate updates with workstream leads and track progress reporting
  • Track cross-functional dependencies and escalate execution risks or bottlenecks
  • Support stage-gate governance, business case updates, and initiative approvals
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for integration KPIs, synergy realization, and execution progress
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and performance improvement opportunities
  • Ensure data integrity and steward integration data quality
  • Evolve reporting capabilities using BI tools such as Power BI
  • Support creation of a single source of truth for integration reporting and performance tracking
  • Prepare recurring IMO reports and executive-ready integration performance summaries
  • Support IMO, workstream, and SteerCo meeting cadence, agendas, and action tracking
  • Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment
  • Support onboarding and enablement of new team members and system users

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field from accredited university
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance, strategy, data analysis, project management, or related
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively, cross-functionally, and across geographies
  • Proficiency in data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
  • Familiarity with financial reporting, ERP systems, and BI tools
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills across cultures, time zones, and styles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with ability to influence bi-directionally
  • Must be willing to travel as required, up to 10%
  • Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA
  • Preferred: Prior experience in industrial manufacturing OEM market or company
  • Preferred: Prior experience within Integration Management Offices for $1B+ acquisitions or mergers
  • Prior experience with M&A tools is a plus
  • Strong familiarity with AI technologies and software tools to automate key business processes
  • Must be willing and able to travel locally and globally as required, up to 10%
