About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and motivate local Pest Technician Teams
- Ensure outstanding delivery of Terminix pest control products and services
- Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest technician routes are completed
- Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded
- Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests
- Inspect and evaluate Pest Technician performance
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest control products
- Facilitate ongoing training for local sales and service teams
- Support effective, efficient branch operations and high customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s degree required
- Valid driver’s license required, including a valid driver’s license from the state of residence
- 1–2 years of related experience helpful but not required
- Willingness to relocate highly desirable
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate others
- Strong communication skills, including interpersonal, written, and presentation skills
- Problem-solving ability and practical solution development
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and employees
- Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
- Basic/intermediate math aptitude for sales and service calculations
- Comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics
- A four-year degree is highly desirable
