About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead marketing operations by translating the VP of Marketing's strategy into annual plans and integrated programs across creative, campaigns, and events
  • Lead and develop the creative department and marketing team
  • Partner with Supplier Marketing and Product teams to align programs with integrated marketing plans and shared revenue goals
  • Manage marketing budgets, including forecasting, spend oversight, and investment recommendations
  • Direct integrated marketing planning and govern the enterprise marketing calendar
  • Oversee and drive the tradeshow and event program
  • Establish and improve marketing processes, workflows, and reporting
  • Lead marketing analytics and performance measurement, including KPIs, attribution, and dashboards
  • Use customer, market, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and inform targeting and segmentation
  • Report marketing performance and revenue contribution to the VP of Marketing and senior leadership
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Supplier Marketing, CRM, and Digital teams on coordinated marketing initiatives
  • Directly or indirectly support product quality and perform other duties assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field required
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including marketing operations, integrated marketing, campaign management, marketing analytics, or related functions
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing employees, including coaching, performance management, goal setting, employee development, and talent planning
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets or complex marketing investment portfolios, with a record of linking investment to revenue outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience leading integrated marketing plans across creative, CRM, digital, events, content, and sales enablement channels, in partnership with supplier and product marketing teams
  • Proven ability to build and manage marketing calendars, campaign workflows, operating processes, performance reporting, and cross-functional execution plans
  • Proven track record of using data and analytics to improve marketing performance and deliver measurable revenue growth
  • Experience leading or overseeing a creative team or in-house creative department
  • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills
  • Advanced analytical skills, including marketing attribution, KPI development, and performance dashboards
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, organizational discipline, and executive-level follow-through
  • Creative leadership skills
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
