About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work under the direction of the Workflow Manager
- Facilitate in-person classroom training, deployment, and support of NextGen EHR applications
- Train providers and front and back office staff
- Provide day-to-day customer-focused first-level application and technical support
- Provide second-level support to internal system users at the Central Business Office and remote clinics
- Deliver orientation, pre-live onboarding, and post-live training to physicians, providers, and office staff
- Train users on PMGNTX Best Practice processes and EHR software
- Respond to and diagnose problems through discussions with users
- Perform problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up
- Participate in major upgrades, updates, and testing as needed
- Provide day-to-day customer support to providers, remote office users, and internal users
Requirements
What you’ll need- Three years of clinical experience working as a Medical Assistant
- Strong knowledge of ambulatory practice workflows
- Extended medical terminology knowledge
- Experience with NextGen Enterprise a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and productively with a variety of personnel
- Training experience a plus
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced and changing work environment
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to clinics in North Texas
- Must be able to be on their feet for up to 8 hours at a time
- Must be punctual and able to adapt to varying schedules as needed
- EMR systems: 3 years (Required)
- Reliably commute to or plan to relocate before starting work in Fort Worth, TX 76107 (Required)
