About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and deliver regional renewal revenue, retention, and customer renewal performance objectives across Data Security and Application Security portfolios
  • Develop EMEA renewal strategies
  • Lead and coach Renewal Sales Managers and Renewal Specialists
  • Ensure accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Product Management, Finance, and Executive Leadership
  • Drive customer retention, recurring revenue performance, renewal forecasting, and commercial execution
  • Engage at executive level in contract negotiations for strategic accounts
  • Establish renewal governance processes
  • Monitor retention trends and implement mitigation strategies
  • Involve Finance in pricing and revenue planning
  • Improve retention, sales productivity, and operational excellence
  • Deliver regular executive reports
  • Foster talent development
  • Contribute to regional business planning, organizational development, strategic initiatives, and executive decision-making
  • Identify expansion opportunities and ensure customers realise ongoing value from their investment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Over 5 years in enterprise software, technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS
  • Experience leading customer success, renewals, sales, or revenue-focused teams
  • Experience managing significant recurring revenue portfolios
  • Experience conducting executive negotiations
  • Strong leadership and people management experience across geographically dispersed teams
  • Expertise in forecasting
  • Expertise in pipeline management
  • Expertise in subscription licensing
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced global environment
  • Candidates must be willing to travel across the EMEA region and regularly attend leadership meetings, customer engagements, and company events as required
