About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Audit the manual’s structure
- Extract and structure the content, including sectioning, cleaning, and metadata creation
- Select the architecture: RAG or scenario-based chatbot
- Design the prompts, tone, and response guidelines
- Integrate the chatbot into the SkyView application
- Test the relevance of responses using a set of questions
- Implement content updates whenever the manual evolves
- Monitor usage, including frequently asked questions, unanswered questions, and satisfaction rates
- Transform the user manual into an intelligent chatbot and integrate it into the SkyView application to facilitate access to information and improve the user experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are pursuing a Master’s degree (engineering or business school) with a specialization in computer science, AI, or data science
- You are looking for a six-month internship
- You are interested in highly technical products
- You have strong digital literacy and knowledge of chatbots, conversational AI, or RAG
- You have a good understanding of vector databases and familiarity with conversational platforms
- You have knowledge of conversational UX, security, and data privacy
- You enjoy teamwork and demonstrate curiosity
