About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support project management processes
Monitor performance and facilitate coordination among the various stakeholders
Support project managers in managing and overseeing their programs
Assist the project manager in overseeing projects, including planning, milestone tracking, budget monitoring, and risk management
Update and monitor project performance indicators, including KPIs and dashboards
Assist the project team in preparing reports
Participate in project meetings and update action-item tracking
Help ensure effective communication among project stakeholders
Ensure compliance with quality processes
Contribute to a future-oriented product project focused on airspace surveillance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a master’s degree (engineering school, business school, or university) with a specialization in software
Seeking a 4- to 6-month internship
Interested in project management and cross-functional environments
Familiar with PMO tools such as MS Project
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Enjoy working as part of a team and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
