About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with the PLM, PLA, and operational advisors to formalize the understanding of the need by drafting the OCD and MRCD
- Propose the solution architecture by balancing stakeholder expectations, technical and technological solutions, costs, risks, and schedule
- Cover the phases from evaluation models through to the industrial product, including intermediate prototypes
- Organize technical meetings and peer reviews, where necessary, to technically assess and validate the solution or an element of the solution
- Draft the solution SSS (System Specification) with the support of the System PDA
- Participate in allocating requirements in the SSDD and in conducting performance evaluations
- Participate in defining the critical parameters and interfaces of the main subsystems
- Make technical decisions among internal and external contributors with the support of the PDA
- Work with IVVQm to develop the integration strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering degree or university education at Master’s level (BAC+5) or higher
- At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering, including specification, integration, and verification phases
- Proficiency with architecture, modeling, and requirements management tools (Capella, DOORS, Polarion, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of R&T and DDQS processes
- Ability to identify technical risks and propose appropriate solutions
- Thorough, organized, and able to synthesize complex information effectively
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and in a multi-company environment
- A proactive approach, creativity, and a strong sense of technical innovation
- The successful candidate will be subject to a security clearance process if the position requires access to information classified as a national defense secret
