About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives
  • Help SDRs achieve pipeline and opportunity generation targets
  • Build team members’ skills for success
  • Use performance data, call reviews and regular coaching sessions to improve prospecting and discovery conversations
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations to refine targeting and improve lead follow-up processes
  • Increase conversion rates across the sales funnel
  • Monitor team performance, forecasting and reporting
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support business growth
  • Create a supportive, accountable culture that encourages learning and development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading, coaching and developing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Experience using sales engagement tools such as Clari, Groove, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or HubSpot
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC
  • Knowledge of pipeline analysis, forecasting and reporting
  • Experience within the restaurant, hospitality or technology sectors
  • Ability to work across Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations
  • Ability to use data and insight to guide decisions and improve results
