About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contact every new account that has not booked or bought while intent is warm
- Contact leads within 90 minutes during operating hours; contact leads arriving after 7pm at 8am the next morning
- Conduct multi-channel outreach through calls, texts, and email
- Confirm and remind booked calls to reduce no-shows
- Maintain accurate and current lead tracking
- Conduct sales calls for two hours on Saturdays and Sundays
- Convert prospects into Training Squad memberships and match them with the appropriate squad and time
- Hand off new members to the studio General Manager and coaching team for onboarding
- Own the pipeline from first outreach through closed membership
- Report weekly on calls booked, calls attended, and memberships closed
- Flag what is working and what is not
Requirements
What you’ll need- Available to work mornings as early as 7am, evenings as late as 8pm, and weekends
- 1–2 years of sales experience in high-volume sales
- Fitness background is a plus
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and occasional rejection
- Warm, genuine, and persuasive on the phone
- Organized and able to track every lead and follow-up
- Commercially minded, understanding the distinction between booked, attended, and closed sales
- Open to feedback and coaching
- Genuine care for members and the community
Benefits
Comp & perks- Part-time hourly position averaging 24 hours per week
- Base rate of $28–40 per hour, dependent on experience
- $30 for every call that is booked and attended
- $75 for every new Training Squad membership personally closed
