About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the use of AI in inside sales
Identify meaningful AI use cases, test new opportunities, and build production-ready solutions, for example to read, classify, or respond to customer inquiries
Automate recurring manual processes and connect systems, particularly using Workato
Independently implement solutions from requirements gathering through development and testing to go-live
Contribute to Customer Service and Sales Support projects, taking on tasks related to implementation and coordination
Prepare regular and ad hoc analyses on sales-relevant topics and derive recommendations for action
Build and further develop Power BI dashboards
Coordinate with Customer Service, KAM Support, Sales, and IT; gather requirements and train users on solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree, for example in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration with an IT focus, or completed vocational training with relevant experience
Career starters are explicitly welcome
Practical experience with AI, for example through university studies, a working student position, or personal projects
Initial experience with workflow or integration platforms such as Workato, Power Automate, Make, or n8n is a major plus
Excellent Excel skills
Initial experience with Power BI
Strong numerical aptitude and the ability to quickly recognize connections and patterns
Understanding of how data and interfaces (APIs) work
Ability to quickly learn new tools
SQL or SAP knowledge is a plus
Very good German and good written and spoken English
