About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a team of currently nine employees, both functionally and disciplinarily
- Take responsibility for customer master data as well as sales and key account management data
- Prepare data and structures and derive well-founded recommendations for action
- Proactively provide relevant findings to decision-makers
- Identify inefficiencies and independently develop and implement specific improvements
- Own relevant customer master data KPIs and actively optimize omnichannel performance
- Use relevant SAP modules and analysis tools in day-to-day operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed university degree, comparable qualification, or vocational training combined with relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in sales and master data management
- Proven leadership experience, including functional and disciplinary management of a team
- Proficiency in SAP
- Business-fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
- Experience in a B2B construction or mobility environment is desirable
- Strong analytical skills are an advantage
