About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support a VP of Sales in growing a portfolio of Walmart suppliers
  • Own day-to-day Walmart account operations, including issue identification, escalation, and resolution
  • Manage sales recaps, cost changes, CO-OP programs, DSV, and import initiatives
  • Prioritize business needs and coordinate cross-functional resources
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reporting, recaps, and insights
  • Ensure compliance with Walmart execution standards, including planograms, pricing integrity, merchandising, and in-store execution
  • Support client and supplier management, onboarding, and Vendor Agreement processes
  • Guide clients and suppliers through Walmart systems, processes, and best practices
  • Create, set up, and maintain items within Walmart systems and online platforms
  • Manage item costs, Brand IDs, attributes, catalog integrity, and product data accuracy
  • Resolve item setup, maintenance, and system-related issues
  • Oversee domestic and import item programs, including QMS and Supplier Quotes
  • Support eCommerce and omni-channel execution across Walmart digital and in-store platforms
  • Ensure Walmart.com listings meet content quality standards
  • Optimize product content, item visibility, and online performance
  • Monitor vendor metrics, develop forecasts, and support business planning
  • Support quoting activities, Template/PO file maintenance, CO-OP programs, and new item handoffs
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate program records and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5+ years of experience in retail account management, vendor management, retail operations, or a related field
  • Experience working with Walmart (corporate, vendor, or agency side) required
  • Exposure to eCommerce, omni-channel operations, or product catalog management is a plus
  • Experience working with forecasting, sales reporting, or business analytics preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with Walmart Retail Link or similar retail systems preferred
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
