About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to consumer ("drinker") inquiries and contacts, delivering exceptional customer service experiences
  • Coordinate and fulfill goodwill shipments for consumers as appropriate
  • Analyze consumer feedback and contact trends to identify actionable insights for Brand and Quality teams
  • Create content for corporate brand social media and communication channels
  • Support internal communication initiatives through the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of BrewHub content
  • Assist with repurposing communications and messaging for various internal and external audiences
  • Track and report consumer insights and engagement trends
  • Support cross-functional reporting efforts by providing data-driven observations and recommendations
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to communicate key findings and support decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Journalism, or a related field
  • Must continue to be enrolled in school after completion of the co-op
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Strong customer service skills and passion for creating positive consumer experiences
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience using CRM platforms or other customer relationship management systems preferred
  • Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization and reporting tools preferred
  • Social media content creation or community management experience preferred
