Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consult partners on marketing strategies and tactics to develop effective ROI-driven campaigns
  • Monitor marketplace trends and influences on buying decisions
  • Manage vendor brand messaging and review campaign performance
  • Track ROI and adjust multiple campaigns
  • Provide ground-level insights into partner capabilities, readiness, and performance metrics
  • Support partners across the Korea region
  • Plan and support end-to-end field and marketing activities, including partner management, campaign execution, and event delivery
  • Drive strategic and operational initiatives aligned with business priorities, including reporting, partner enablement, and cross-regional coordination
  • Advise on marketing tactics and strategies
  • Serve as a central liaison throughout projects
  • Build and nurture relationships with partners, distributors, agencies, and internal teams
  • Manage daily partner relationships and support initiatives that grow client revenue
  • Collaborate with partner, local sales, and marketing teams on solution priorities and partner enablement/training
  • Develop marketing briefs for presentations, enablement, and training sessions
  • Plan, manage, and execute partner marketing plans and campaigns, including webinars and workshops
  • Oversee partner events and campaign execution, including planning, logistics, coordination, and reporting
  • Monitor campaign execution, leads, ROI, and end-to-end lead management
  • Identify and resolve client or partner issues, escalating when required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of 6 - 8 years’ work experience in Korea market in a Business to Business IT environment
  • Experience in Account Management, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, or B2B Event Marketing
  • Demonstrated success in B2B event management and partner-facing campaign execution
  • Excellent client liaison skills and ability to react and respond in a timely and effective manner
  • Ability to develop relationships and become a trusted advisor
  • Business level English, written and spoken, with ability to adapt communication style to the audience
  • Attention to detail and meticulous adherence to project requirements
  • Proactive learning of new IT platforms and required knowledge
  • Previous marketing role experience planning and developing full strategic marketing campaigns, including budget management and allocation
  • Strong ownership, adaptability, and ability to manage strategic and hands-on tasks
  • Good knowledge of online marketing, including email marketing, SEO, SEA, social networks, display advertising, content syndication, and video production
  • Good knowledge of offline marketing, including events, telemarketing, print advertising, sponsoring, and incentives
  • Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills with ability to present information
  • Willingness to learn and contribute ideas
  • Additional Asian language such as Japanese, Mandarin, or Hindi is an advantage
