About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain and monitor data across QL, SAP, Dynamics and other business systems
  • Produce reports, analysis and management information using Excel and Power BI
  • Manage administration and monitoring of contractual, financial, loan and stakeholder reporting
  • Identify data quality issues and resolve discrepancies with colleagues
  • Support and guide colleagues on effective use of QL, SAP, Dynamics and other NCI systems
  • Assist with user acceptance testing, system enhancements and continuous improvement projects
  • Support payment processing, reconciliations and other operational administrative activities
  • Develop and promote consistent approaches to data management and system usage
  • Provide cross-departmental support to improve efficiency and relationships
  • Contribute to wider team objectives and provide cover for colleagues when required
  • Work collaboratively to improve services and customer outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience supporting business operations, data management and reporting activities
  • Experience working with business systems and databases, including extracting, analysing and presenting data
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, investigate issues and maintain high levels of accuracy
  • Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly
  • Experience building positive working relationships with colleagues, partners and stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solving and process improvement approach
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in housing, property, customer service or charitable organisations advantageous
  • Experience supporting financial reporting, reconciliations or contract management advantageous
  • Knowledge of SAP or other enterprise business systems advantageous
  • Working knowledge of Power BI advantageous
