Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide entry-level administrative support to one or more leaders and/or functional teams under direct supervision
  • Prepare memos, documents, reports, spreadsheets including charts and graphs, and presentations using various software and platforms
  • Collect data and compile information
  • Take meeting minutes
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and maintain calendars using computer applications and software
  • Answer and screen telephone calls, forward calls, and take messages as needed
  • Receive and sort mail and correspondence
  • Operate standard office equipment such as copy machines
  • Order office supplies
  • Maintain office files
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Beginning to working administrative support knowledge
  • Communicate professionally in writing and verbally
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other software at a developing level to schedule appointments, modify spreadsheets, and update word documents
  • Operate and maintain standard office equipment
  • Problem solve and resolve basic conflict and problems
  • Organize and prioritize work and needs
  • Understand and follow instructions
  • Interact and work with others in a productive and professional way
  • Work with discretion, confidentiality, and integrity
  • Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy
  • Physical requirements may include sitting for long periods, moving about the office to deliver mail and other items, and using computer monitors/equipment
